Holidays are coming, quality will be a challenge.
🍸🍸🍸
Getting your build pushed into 2022 may be a blessing.
Ah man I'm a bit worried....12/20 build date. Wondering if I'll find LOTS of empty packets of Liquid IV in my BRONCO 🤯🤣🤯🤣

Already in process.
I see now a pair of long needle-nosed pliers needs to be added.
So far a tool bag with:
Socket set up to 19mm
2 pair channel locks
2 adjustables (1 small and 1 medium/lrg)
set of allens in std and metric
set of Torx
1 pkg of zip ties
1 roll of gorilla tape
few screwdrivers
medium pry bar
2lb deadblow
regular hammer
That's Torx PLUS!

I hate those clamps but that looks like fun getting a band clamp in there.

@Bob Blaylock and I have already started a list of items to bring and things to check before we start our 100-mile trip home from the dealer. I'm really starting to think this Bronco may be a bad idea.
One of the big reasons, of course, that I don't think it such a bad thing that we won't be getting a 2021, is that I see the 2021 as the “beta test” version, where I hope all the significant bugs will be found and corrected before they build our 2022.

That may have been the case had they actually been able to produce 2021s. But 2022 is just going to be continuation in the actual bugs are probably not going to be worked out until 2023.

Unfortunately these types of issues are not really a QC problem. Just meaning the inspection after the fact is not going to be able to find loose clamps and partially plugged in electrical connectors.

This type of crap building is solely on the person on the assembly line not doing their job. Probably too worried about there next union contract or how pissed they are that they were forced to come back to work instead of collecting their free covid checks.

Nothing is going to catch the half-ass work that a line person does unless it's in your face.

I mean Ford's QC hasn't even caught wrong rear seats, misaligned body panels, MIC issues, and missing sections of headliners... How could we expect them to catch hose clamps.

I guess I'm going to have to bring a bag of damn tools when I pick mine up and drive it 500 miles home.
I brought and Amex and a radar detector and did 1100mi. Not likely for any of these issues to pop up in the first 110 miles :)

None of this is beta. those clamps are not Bronco specific, the motor is not Bronco specific. I would bet that the hose is even used on other vehicles.

Its all good. Have 2800 on mine now. What you see here is where people go when they have issues. Not a fair representation. 100 miles is a cakewalk. bring a bottle of water and some sunglasses.

They will be found.
But I gotta ask, what on earth makes you think they would be addressed?
