The lift needed for 37x12.50s was my first concern and I asked several on this forum for advice. I like the BDS lift. The upper control arms are beefy, BDS included tie rod reinforcements, and the warranty is rock solid. My installer said the tire would have rubbed on the fender liner in the rear and on the front crash bar bracket had I not gotten the max tire kit. I will say the plastic inserts weren't strong enough to pull the wheel liner back to the new bracket so we used bolts into nutserts. Pics of the lift, the kit, and what came off the Bronco below. I installed an adjustable track bar but it ended up being the exact length as factory when the axle was positioned correctly so not needed.

Offset was also a question but after several people sent me pics of 0 offset with Sas flares I knew the -18 would probably work best with the Air Design flares and they did. You can see the flush poke in the pics below. The offset did push the spare off the tailgate so the relocation bracket was not needed. It doesn't touch the bumper and I wanted it tucked into the Bronco. The bumpers I bought are perfect length without cutting.

Looks like Go Rhino is still having issue with certain shipments of running boards but they are working with me on it. I may just leave the factory boards on though. People told me they wouldn't work with 37s but I slide them back and they do not rub at all. Quake trail sight deletes are an easy install that are plug & play however Oracle grill letter lights are not. Also, the Garmin Mini with the Dongar is a 2-minute install that works anytime the power is on.

Very nice build. Just an idea, I added the center cap/cover to spare tire as well. I used a dremel tool to cut center out. Just go slow and follow line. I also used light sandind to smooth out edge when I finished.

Love it! Very Similar to by upcoming build. Same Tires, Same A51 4dr Soft Top.

I'm interested how the Spare tire bump spacers worked out, would you recommend ?

I'd definitely recommend them. The ones I bought are made for a Jeep but if you cut the tab off the back and drill a 1/4 hole in the bottom then they will mount exactly like the factory ones using the factory hardware.

Here are the ones I bought:

With the lift and tires does that still fit in the garage? Is it a standard 7’ door?

It fits even when my wife has the top folded back with room to spare but we have 8 foot garage doors. It would probably be a squeeze with 7 foot doors.

How does the 2.7L handle the 37’s with 4.26 gears? Do you find that it hunts for gears at highway speeds?

It's actually 4.27 gears and the 2.7 moves it around like they're normal tires in normal GOAT mode and still acts sporty in Sport mode. No issues with the trans hunting or acting abnormal. I already had the 2.7 in one of my F150s which is heavier and has 33s on it so I knew the 37s shouldn't be an issue. Lifting one onto the spare carrier with 6.5" of extra height is a different story though lol

Great build and love the Bronco name! Just read the other day that that was considered the most perfect country song of all time

I have a similar build, BDS with Fox Elite... Did you find the steering noticeably tighter? W/ the SAS 35" and SAS suspension, the car was very nimble... w/ the BDS suspension and 37's it takes noticeably more input to get the rig turned.

No noticeable difference. I was actually shocked at how nothing really felt much different than stock. I was really expecting a huge difference if for no other reason but the added unsprung weight.

What inserts/backing do you have on the OBX grille to give it that look?

I have a Zone 3" lift on my squatch with Fuel 0 offset and Falken 37 x 12.5's and I think I can go to 38 x 13.5. I think that the only thing that might get in the way is the side steps? Any thoughts?
