Headed down to Padre Island National Seashore here in TX last weekend and was able to dial into sand mode and get way off the beaten path for some beach cruising for the first time. Past the 5 mile marker, 4 wheel drive and high clearance is required - and you have miles & miles of beach to cruise if you have the right vehicle. The Sasquatch did great thru all the soft sand - I've been looking forward to this since I ordered my Bronco and it did not disappoint. We drove out until we had a long stretch all to ourselves and not another person in sight in either direction. Fun way to kick off the summer.
Also - I've been doing a few upgrades to my Base - added oval nerf step bars that help getting in and out (and also provide some protection against rocks getting kicked up) and on the front end - added forged D rings and a nudge bar with light kit. Tied the Amber DRLs into the running lights - and aux switches for white spotlights. Looks and works great!
