Same boat here almost 12 (6/29) weeks since our blend date pretty much have had it with Ford. At this point not even sure if I want it anymore. We were first day reservation holders so its been well over 3 years now. This whole process has been a dumpster fire.

It is definitely an awesome vehicle. I only waited 21 months but I'm glad I finally have it. Don't give up your order. If you decide you do t want it and it shows up, you could probably flip it for a couple of bucks. You deserve to make some money after waiting all this time.

Just looked up the BaT auction on that 4 door HE, currently sitting at 55k with 3 hours left. With the strike we might see prices jump depending on how long it stretches on.

13th different Build Week… does that tie a record for Heritages. Wow!

You should feel lucky. My RR build was the same as yours, 9/25. Now it's 11/13. I'm an original day one reservation. As an aside, I too live in Castle Rock and had a house in Surprise next to Buckeye.

Reservation was July 2020 and we were delayed so went with a 2Dr Azure Heritage, really wanted the yellowstone 2D. Our build date keeps changing like everyone else, after the strike. We would prefer the yellowstone and thought we found one at the Town and Country in Port Arthur Texas. Shows on their website with even a price reduction, but no that is a lie, how can they give a price online with the VIN and then say no. It is just the VIN and they will not sell it at MSRP, would not honor the price online but said Premium deals only. Not worth double the price of the regular Heritage. Guess we will paint or wrap our Azure if the color is not what we want, this assume we ever get one.

Has anyone added an extended warranty to their 4 door heritage upon purchase? Wonder what the cost might be. I think the Ford plan is called Ford Protect.

I got Ford ESP thru Granger, they're $50 over cost. I don't think it's based on door count but 7/100k miles with lights and rental was $1650 for me with $100 deductible.

I have no doubt I will join you on your build week… My plan was to spend the summer/fall in CO with my new Bronco before heading to AZ in December. Now we might not even get in 2023.

Looks great! If you’d like the get the bugs off mine, I’d be ok with it! I forgot that insects with yellow insides seem to be extremely attracted to white grills! My Lightning used to look the same after a road trip.

Haha yea, they definitely aim for the white parts. I had to clay bar off some of them and the random black stuff stuck on the white roof.
