I'm looking to add a long handled shovel to my kit. Agency 6 makes a really nice shovel and they will pair with two different mounting devices. I'm interested in mounting this on my OEM roof rack with the Agency 6 universal mounting device, but I can't find any confirmation they will fit on the OEM roof rack. Has anyone tried these? Here is the shovel with the mounts:

Here is a link to the universal mounting device:

Why would anyone pay over $200 for a shovel? Sure seems that it would be a better idea to get some quick fists and a $9 shovel at Harbor Freight.

Fair point - i guess I just got caught up in the reviews that you can find on offroad websites and what other people are recommending. How would that quick fist mount to an OEM roof rack and how well do they hold equipment?

Fair enough. I know there are some guys out there that just like to spend money to look cool and will never actually use most of what they mount on their trucks, but I'm not one of those guys I guess. My experience with quick fists has been pretty solid. I used them to mount a rifle to the inside of the diamond back cover on my F-150 and it not only held well, but also didn't scratch the finish of the gun.

It looks like there is at least one thread on here that covered this kind of thing:

That looks pretty handy for some additional storage options. What molle panel bracket is that?
The MOLLE is IAG, the one sticking out is a BrandX Amazon built for a Jeep Wrangler, I have a Rotopax mount on it. After the fact I discovered Turn Off Road has the set up premade for the Bronco for an OK price.

I bought a factory 2nd murder spork. Even then, a bit much for a shovel if you ask me. Overland tax is stupid and I'm pretty done getting suckered by it.

There was a new-hire at work today, shitty tattoos all over his face.. it was really quite the sight first thing on a Monday morning..

I would've been willing to put money on this guy being the absolute stupidest thing I was gonna see all day... aaaaand then I get shown a 200 fucking dollar shovel.

This is why I'm not a betting man.

I mainly subsist on moss, non biting insects, and occasional legumes.

I WILL eat a Blondie a few times a month.. I don't start with her liver though.
