ARB compressor mount options

Would it be at all reasonable to have the grimm mount in two Broncos and swap the ARB compressor in and out depending on which one is being off-roaded? I am ordering one grimm for sure after reading this thread - thank you guys for the great info.

Swapping the ARB would probably take more time than installing the mount, unless you also want to buy a second wiring harness, in which case it'd probably take about the same amount of time as the mount. I'm not sure how much time or effort you'd save by getting a second mount over just moving the mount and ARB together...

Swapping vehicles definitely would not be realistic. Compressors and mounts are expensive, but I consider them essential to off-roading. More so than a winch.

It would be easier to do this with the KR Off-Road bracket since it's easier to install.

But idealy if you plan to move a compressor between trucks your best bet is a portable kit...

You mean just the box? No. It's a complete kit with the compressor and switch and all that already mounted in the box.
