I recognize those rocks! Three Toquerville take aways: 1) That trail is not hard, but it’s also not easy. LOTS of pointy rocks and loose surfaces. Some serious ascents and descents. 2) Aftermarket bumper fail! And 3) where’s the epilogue? WTF happened to this guy’s fuel line?

Deja Vu! The fuel pump strikes again. Interesting his VIN wasn't included in the recall...I wonder how far out of the affected range he was. This is what a FP failure looks like with a 2-door....and very fortunately about a mile off the trails!

I just realized the video graphic has a 2-door, but the recovery is a 4-door. I'm a big fan of MORR, but Matt kind of jumped the gun. Can't accuse the guy of bad decisions OR breaking his rig. Ford clearly has issues with the Bronco fuel pump design....and they should NOT be leaving people stranded.

It seems Matt has had a lot of Bronco rescues lately.

So where are we at with the Fuel Pump recall? I'd kinda put it out of my mind, but this post brought it up front again. Went to the app, which shows 0 active recalls. I think I've got three unsolvable: this one, seat bolt and backup cam software and maybe hardware? What's up Ford??

There is something weirdly fascinating about watching recovery videos. This channel and the much simpler Sand Tow channel where they just pull people in all sorts of cars off the beach.

I think it is because the characters involved seem to be so decent.

I’m curious. With tech now, could they read codes in the truck and radio the issue down at base? Possibly a remote repair? I know too far out or high up there’s no signal.
