I'm considering buying the Performance Calibration for my 2025 Badlands 2-door Sasquatch 7MT: https://performanceparts.ford.com/part/M-9603-B23A

For 2025, the 2.3L was revised, and I noticed that the performance calibration has even more power and torque than the 2021-2024 calibration. 333 HP and 415 lb-ft. That effectively matches the 2.7 numbers, while still having a manual. Sounds great on paper.

Looking for feedback from 2025 2.3L owners who have bought the calibration. Is it worth the money?

Thanks

Worth every penny. 2.3 is bottom end torque champion.

Another 25 7MT here wondering the same thing. Obviously doesn’t affect our shift points (maybe indirectly lol), so is just the added grunt worth it?

Any 7MT owners pull the trigger on one yet?

I’m the OP but I decided I’m gonna buy it. Will get it flashed next time I’m at my dealer (probably May). I’ll post a review and before/after feedback then.

It definitely makes a huge difference, but it in no way compares to the 2.7. I have both and I love both but the 2.7 would pull a wheelie if you could get enough traction. The 2.3 would not.

Makes sense, hard to make up for 2 less cylinders at the end of the day. I've also got a 2.7, 10-speed heritage limited 2 door in the garage.. Definitely will need to drive em back to back to get the full picture.

If you're not planning to do mods, worth it.

Now that there are aftermarket options, then depends on if ya want your warranty or not. I got a CAI, charge pipes, intercooler, downpipe and axleback, those aren't being utilized via the Ford tune, so I'd give up rev matching to capitalize on the untapped gains

There are no aftermarket tune options for 25+ yet.

Yea this is really tempting. A tune and the ability to keep the warranty is huge.

Anyone else have feedback? I am tempted. The dealer says install takes two hours. They want $199.97 an hour and say it usually takes two hours.
