After successfully doing rack upgrade and program with the procal with a week of tech supports help back and forth and an updated file, I’m getting an incorrect filesize error when trying to load the performance tune to the bronco. Tech support has responded to 1 or 2 emails I sent this week but nothing the past few days. Anyone else deal with this “incorrect filesize” error?

Have you tried deleting it and redownloading?

My rack upgrade was a nightmare. 2 weeks of calls to Tech Support. Took it to dealer, tech hooked up his laptop, got engineer “Joe” on the phone and he took over the mechanics laptop and overrode a bunch of settings. He basically said one of the digits in our authorization code that came with the rack was wrong. He put in his personal override code and it worked. We thanked him and hung up. We then tried to change tire size to 37” with 546 revs per mile. It freaked the computer out, got the service advance trac warning. Called Joe back and he said to change it to 550 and it worked. No lights. Changed the gearing to 4.88 and light is back on. Raging pain in the ass.

Hey @LethalPerformance! Any work around to the 2.3L calibration no longer offering rev-matching? This was a massive let-down in our house-hold to learn that the rev-match feature has been disabled by Ford on any ProCals updated since July 2024.
