That looks like a serious trail 😅

Respect for getting after it, how’d the Bronco handle it?
Outside of an overheated steering rack, dislodged wheel sensor wires, and a torn cv boot along with every inch of armor tested, pretty good. It was an epic trip 🤠

That sounds like an incredible trip! Especially for a brand new Bronco right out of the gate.

Going from cobblestone streets in San Miguel to Monument Valley terrain is quite the adventure!

Funny how they turn into pavement princesses for a bit after something like that, but you know what it’s capable of now for the next trip! Any thoughts on what that trip might be?
The wife wants to go into Western US. Maybe Utah, Montana (Glacier Park), Yellowstone in the same trip. :)

2025 solo 5,000 mile round trip MN to AZ. Highlights were Utah - Canyonlands Schafer trail switchbacks and Grand Staircase-Escalante Burr trail switchbacks.

2024 with my kids Yellowstone and Grand Tetons.

This summer will be round trip MN to Montana - Glacier NP, Beartooth Highway.
That’s an incredible lineup of trips! Those Utah switchbacks alone are bucket list stuff.

And Yellowstone/Tetons with your kids… that’s hard to beat. Bet you all have great memories of the trip :)

3200 mile round trip to the Smokey mountains. Saw plenty of dirt, did the off rodeo, parsons branch road and even the dragon 😎 Plenty of hiking too
That’s a solid trip! Hitting the Smokies, Parsons Branch, and the Dragon all in one run is hard to beat 😎

😂 sounds like it definitely earned its keep on that trip.

“Pretty good” after all that is saying something.

Oh hard to go wrong with any of those spots!

Utah alone could be a full trip with how much there is to see.

Flat towed it to Silverton from Texas then spent a week with friends in their Jeeps doing mining passes all around Alpine Loop. Luckily had a guide who knew all those roads like the back of his hand.

6200 mile road trip in April 2025. Left Northeastern Oklahoma drove out to Joshua Tree, up through Yosemite and then back through Death Valley, Zion/Canyonlands/Grand Staircase Escalanta and Moab before heading back home.

Highlights below, but running 60mph in Baja Mode across the desert outside Joshua Tree and then transitioning to climbing up the mining road on Old Dale Road was a highlight. Until you get to all the other stops. Oh and throw in a stop at Matt's Offroad in UT while in town.

Heading into the desert to run 60mph across the sand towards Old Dale Road

Took a lot of trails in Moab area. But Canyonlands and Schaeffer Road was a lot of fun.

That’s an awesome spot! Those views up there are unreal.

Looks like a solid turnout too! How was Engineer Pass when you ran it?

Wow that’s an epic trip! 6,200 miles and hitting all those spots in one run is impressive.

Running 60mph in Baja Mode and then climbing Old Dale Road sounds like an unreal combo.

How was that climb in person?

Last summer my son and I drove from SW PA to the Moab Off-Roadeo with stops including Georgetown CO for a few days of trails, a few days in Moab exploring, then Santa Fe and Albuquerque before heading back home. We took two weeks and had a blast, one last journey before he graduates HS and heads off into life this summer.

Wow so many trips already.Moab twice, Merus Twice, from South Padre to Key West. Running the Vegas to Reno course. But the most memorable is the trip to Baja. Blasting 90+ mph on a dry lake bed just outside of San Felipe and having a trophy truck pass us going the opposite way at 120+ was pretty cool. Meeting RJ and Austin with Pew Pew Cachoo, and chasing Curt Leduc through the desert was pretty awesome.
