My VIN# 1FMDE7AH9RLA78218 is a 2024 Bronco 2 door Big Bend with a manual transmission. The only option being the red paint. Anyone know? Thanks!

The Rarest 6G Bronco Colors
  • Robin’s Egg Blue & Yellowstone: Available exclusively on the Heritage Limited editions. Production was capped strictly (under 2,000 units per color), making these the most exclusive and collectible.
  • Lightning Blue: Originally a highly sought-after "unicorn" color exclusively reserved for the 2021 First Edition run (approx. 7,000 total First Editions).
  • Cyber Orange & Rapid Red: Offered for early production years before being retired. Cyber Orange accounted for only ~3% of builds on models like the Bronco Raptor.
  • Antimatter Blue: A stunning, dark metallic flake blue available only on the launch (2021) models that has become a rare sight on the road today.

No mention of Peak Blue? Typical AI slop. REB might have been deserving of being listed among the "rare" color list, but Ford did the Limited HE owners dirty by extending the color offering to the standard HE.

Exactly. I wanted a peak blue but settled on a Yellowstone. Glad I did because it just has a way of sticking out. Especially since it's a 2 door and I'm lifted on 37s

Funny how this keeps coming up...

The short answer is that only 1/4-5 are 2dr (probably less now that they are only offered in the Base and Badlands models). The Color is not tracked across deliveries - this was something we more-or-less kept track of as our build week approached (way back), but doubt anyone ever correlated the individual weeks together to see percentages of each color to the aggregate total (especially since it was only ever a sampling). I'm sure if you dig deep enough, you can find some kind of tracker for the week yours was built - they may have kept these details.

As much as I dream of having that 'Unicorn' Bronco, I will see the occasional 2DR Wildtrak in Carb Gray anyway in the 'wild'.

For some reason, rainy days make the blue pop as well.

My FIL had an F250 in AMB.

He hated it.

Not because he didn't like the color - he actually liked it a lot.

But we nicknamed it 'The Fickle B!tch' because, as you point out, in rain or full sun, yeah, it looks a very deep blue. But in just about any other light it looks black, and so we joked that it didn't know what color it was supposed to be.

People kept trying to tell him it was black...and he would politely say 'thanks, but it's blue.'

People would get MAD at him for correcting them about HIS OWN TRUCK.

He ended up trading it in on a white one after about a year.
