We are a group of passionate Ford Bronco owners who love getting together to explore the rugged beauty of the Pacific Northwest. We proudly call ourselves the No Double Honk Bronco Boys — a name we earned after disabling that dreaded factory honk "feature" once and for all.

Out on the trails, it’s completely normal for us to step away from our running Broncos with our keys — whether grabbing gear, scouting a route, setting up camp, or simply answering nature’s call. But if your Bronco decides to double-honk at you in protest, it’s an instant badge of shame among the group. Nobody wants to be “that guy” who gets called out by their own rig.

Our favorite playgrounds include the misty trails and towering evergreens of the Tillamook State Forest, the scenic drives and hidden gems of the Santiam, and the vast wilderness of Gifford Pinchot National Forest. Yet the crown jewel of our adventures so far was our epic journey into the high desert: the stunning Alvord Desert and the wild, remote Owyhee region. From endless alkali flats and towering canyon walls to remote hot springs and starry skies untouched by city lights, those trips delivered the kind of raw, unforgettable experiences that define true overlanding.

This video captures the highlights from our adventures between late 2024 and mid-2026 — a two-year span packed with dusty trails, river crossings, forest campsites, epic sunrises, mechanical challenges, laughter around the campfire, and the unbreakable camaraderie that only forms when a group of Bronco owners chase adventure together. From the misty Pacific Northwest rainforests to the wide-open high desert, these journeys showcase everything that makes owning a Bronco so special.

We’re just getting started. Many more trails, more memories, and more adventures lie ahead — and the No Double Honk Bronco Boys plan to be right in the middle of it all.

"... Sasquatch watching from the trees while we haul some ass... "

Lmao!

Fantastic scenery.
Thanks for sharing!

Another line in there about "living the northwest dream" ... haven't been there yet, have always wanted to visit though.
Fairly certain I'd love it.

It's just an on-off switch in Forscan, nothing special. I'm surprised this guy literally named something after this super basic setting. No shade, I'm just curious why they're so proud of disabling the double honk lol

I get it. Nothing like being out in the woods or desert far from civilization, at peace with the world and your place in it....then soiling yourself as you get double honked.

Though a few weeks ago we were out in the White Pass area moseying along a ridge when a flight of three F-16s came busting ass over the top about 500 feet off the crest... probably heading to the a Yakima range. That was something beyond double honk.

Like the seatbelt chime.

When offroad there are a million reasons to be hopping in and out. Spotting, moving downed trees, call of nature, adjusting the camera...

Like the seatbelt chime.
And my fave, the "do-do-do" chime that seems to just chime because the Bronco has a chime and you decided to drive it. The door ajar chime is another one I killed. The lights and warning screens are plenty enough safety.

Seatbelt is easy. I thought double honk would come back after certain updates? And yeah, I hate the stupid start up chime, too. Maybe I need to find a friend with Forscan.
