Really appreciate everyone for sharing their experiences so far.

Just sharing a data point for installation estimates since there's a good chance I'll end up with the HOSS 3.0 upgrade on my 2022 Badsquatch:

Here in San Diego, I'm getting dealer labor estimates of $1800-$2000 for installation including alignment. Completely realize dealer rates are higher than most, and too bad there's no prenegotiated installation cost similar to other accessories.
I had mine done for around $1k at an independent shop.

Thanks @bendover , super helpful context especially since dunes and high speeds aren't in my repertoire. My max speed on more open desert trails is usually 35-40mph. Plus the negligible change in road manners is nice to know since that was another motivator, although I don't find the stock Bilsteins objectionable at 36 psi.

Swapping out my stock wheels for RTR EVOs saved almost 10 lbs per corner, and that was a noticeable improvement in on and off-road manners.
the IBP's in the HOSS 3.0 really start to feel "magic" around 50mph over whoops and washboard, otherwise they feel pretty much the same as the bilsteins.

...
I'm running a set off of a 4 door on my 2 door manual, so it is slightly higher and our of the softest ride range.
...
Just under 2 in the front and 1.5 in the rear.
Since you are one of the few that has reported back who has installed the 4dr HOSS 3.0 on a 2dr 2.3L, did the suspension settle since? Any new measurements if it has? Also, did you install the rear stabilizer bar?

Since these were used, they didn't settle that I noticed.
Still no rear sway bar, the stiffer springs negate the excessive softness that the Hoss 3.0 is known for. But still rides better than the 2.0.
I don't have my before measurements, but later I will take measurements from the fender lip to the ground and/or wheel center.

I got mine installed by my dealer tech and learned something. You don't get the Fordpass points unless you bought the kit through the dealership and also had them do the work. So buying the kit through CJ Pony, Summit, etc. at a discount (as they normally sell it for less than FP does) will account for the resultant rewards points you don't get after the work is done. It's always something.

The installation isn't required to accrue FP points. Any activity through Ford (parts, service, merchandise, etc.) accrues FP points. Buying Ford parts through other resellers doesn't accrue FP points.

This.

I just bought an m210 FDU through ford performance, got the 25% off they were offering, had it delivered to a dealer free of charge, and got full rewards points for the purchase.
