The only downside to my method is that the bumper does stick out about 1/4" further than it would normally, so if you really don't like how that looks then trimming would be required.
I used to be a die hard BFG fan, but after using multiple sets of General Grabbers I gotta admit I love those probably a little more, they seem to do better on icy roads from my super scientific testing (daily driving in Michigan).
From what I understand Mobil 1 is excellent oil, not sure if it voids the warranty but I think it actually exceeds the Motorcraft blend oil in pretty much every way. For boosted applications (as all of our Broncos are) I can't see putting in anything other than a full synthetic oil.
I have a 2 door, with the factory hard top that I am leaving on it. Can I mount the net that is right behind the front seats without needing to remove the top?
Sounds like if someone were to purchase a reasonable volume of them (and actually receive them), they might make a happy buck or two reselling them with US shipping...
At $250 a set shipped doesn't sound bad if its a bolt on kit that will fix the problem IMO. If grinding and welding is required, then my smooth brain that can barely weld will probably pass for the LOD brackets.
