Seriously because you see Broncos parked in a factory lot? What do you know about automotive production and the constraints they are dealing with? The American consumer should be ashamed of themselves, complaining behind a keyboard while the rest of the world makes our stuff.ford should be ashamed of themselves- how do all of them not hang their heads in shame with this much fail?
No they should be ashamed at the constant lying and the fact that they aren’t putting priority on early reservation holders…Seriously because you see Broncos parked in a factory lot? They are building a factory but it will take about 3 years. This chip thing is weird. Can’t built a chip factory ? No raw material ?
How did you get that ? Need a vin first ?I know I haven't been waiting as long as others but it sucks to know that my bronco is sitting alone in that parking lot. I do know that it has been partially built since the Ford App made a connection to it. I hope to get my 22 this year... while there is still time to wheel it.
Omg I would be so disappointed I wonder how they decided who gets chips.I too was 1-24 build week on chip hold then all the sudden on March 30 it said my Bronco was built and awaiting shipment. Then the crazy shipment time I literally could have pushed the thing here faster than it arrived by train but I feel so lucky that I finally received mine it was delivered to the dealer on May 6th and I went to see it before it was prepped by dealer is was super muddy and had 70 mile on it! But hey I finally picked it up last week!Well - don't want to be the bearer of more bad news but.........as of yesterday the system added 60-120 days to the ETA on these units. :0(
My build date is in the infamous 1.24 build week - so my new ETA is now 7-24 - 7.30.
UGH.
No they are just doing a few at a time. How they pull them your guess is as good as mine. I was on that lot 1-25 blend date and my Bronco was delivered first week of May!correct- they just put thousands of vehicles aside and have not touched them since and that started in december
Yup! That’s my question, why is the USA not building all parts! I would rather pay for that!Seriously because you see Broncos parked in a factory lot? What do you know about automotive production and the constraints they are dealing with? The American consumer should be ashamed of themselves, complaining behind a keyboard while the rest of the world makes our stuff.
I think there’s some actual truth to that statementYou know that every time you call, they push back your delivery by two weeks, right?
Hope you see yours soon.
Like wait this whole time to just let the dealer mark it up and sell it?This type of thing is about the only reason I would reconsider taking delivery of my Bronco.
If they are sitting like that, Ford isn't making a dime until it is sold and paid for. They're too busy swimming in their money scrooge mcduck style.
Yes, I would most likely walk away and not care what the dealer does with it. I just have major misgivings about accepting a brand new car that's been sitting outside in the elements in some cases for half a year.Like wait this whole time to just let the dealer mark it up and sell it?
