My window sticker shows soft top w/ prep kit so if the tracker is accurate, my vehicle is in production w/ the prep kit

Not me. From my understanding, builds start about a week before the blend date. Window stickers show up a week before the blend date. Your blend date is 8/30.
Blend date is when final assembly will occur and if all goes well your Bronco should be shipped fairly quickly after blend date.

So if I received a email with a 8/30 Week and dealer states a 8/31 build.

What does that mean?

Blend, Build?

How long does it take to Build?

How long after build does it sit before they start it's movement/

Educate me, I have no idea...

I wasn't sure so I asked Levine. He said "September." But as long as it's on your DORA you're good I think.

I got my window sticker last night (monday). It shows a final assembly/build date/blend date of 8/31 (tuesday).

My DORA showed just Soft top, but my windows sticker shows Soft top / prep kit.

Full build takes about a week. It probably starts the same time the window sticker is available. There's a parts manifest, body assembly, and I think a couple of other parallel assembly lines before all the pieces meet on the final assembly. That's the one we usually see with the Broncos heading down the line. The blend date is when that is expected to start(?). I imagine most complete in a single day, but there has to be some that start one evening and finish the following morning.
I'm not in or anywhere close to modern manufacturing in general, let alone auto manufacturing. I'm just putting pieces together from what I'm reading here.

Still no change for me. Just the email and the tracker states Order Confirmed. Dealer says it's updated with a build date but nothing else...

Looks like it's Thursday 9/2... Dealer is cool, sent me this screen shot.

Based on what you all have written, I guess I should see some updates Thursday or Friday!

I just got my window sticker! My dealer said I have a build date of 9/2.

My DORA did not say prep kit, but my window sticker does. So Happy!!!

Now just the wait to get it to my house....

I got my window sticker as well. Tracker now says my car is "In Production" even though my email said 8/30. Maybe I'll get lucky and get my Bronco early
