Yeah, I can tell you, my situation is not normal. So many f ups along the way. Basically, I had an order and a reservation and it got cancelled by either Ford or my dealer. That order has the hardtop. The one that got delivered did not... And it wasn't my fault, so I don't know how to fix it.

Seems like if you had copies of the original hardtop order you could submit them as proof.

Well I am a convoy delivery.

I contacted Ford today to ask for a status update since I am built but awaiting shipment. My EDD is 04/10/2022-04/16/2022 They told me I am scheduled to be picked up on the 04/16/2022. Even though that's after my EDD. at least I know.

The thugbunnyexpress gets delivery almost on Easter. Ford had this all planned out They are a well managed machine

My EDD was 4/3 to 4/9 once I got the build email. Maybe these dates are going to be accurate. Just not a lot of follow-up communication...imagine that.

Welp...tracker showed "shipped" for the first time this morning. No email yet and the back door tracker hasn't updated. But my dealer just called and said it arrived today, taking delivery on Thursday. I hope many more of us are pleasantly surprised very soon too.

My initial EDD in the built email was 4/15 to 4/21. Earlier today the backdoor link had me between 5/11 and 5/17. But now it's consistent with the email. So I have no idea what to believe.

Trying to get anyone to listen, without passing the buck or pointing fingers is where I am. Need a manager willing to help... That would be like looking for leadership in an organization that doesn't communicate.

I'm having trouble with ordertrack app. Invalid VIN message. If I enter so much as the number "1" it pops the message. Ideas?

The error message will show while the VIN is still invalid. Once you finish typing, the VIN error will go away (if it's valid that is).

Checked ordertrack.app, and then confirmed on the official ford order tracking page!
Ordertrack says In Transit, but the official pizza tracker says Shipped.
