It’s amusing Ford is doing the 90 day bump on the EDD for the April builds. They have learned nothing from the January batch or are just plane tone deaf.

Id love to listen to that shareholder call tomorrow. Id love for someone to grill Ford on plans to clear the “on wheels” inventory.

So I took delivery of my Bronco this past Monday, and today I received my birthing photo. Mine spent two months on Ice Mountain, but it looks freshly washed in this pic, unlike some of the filthy Broncos we've seen posted.

I was told by a Rep that they just randomly pick vehicles and take picks. They don't actually send pics to everyone.

Wonder if I bought a open market bronco now and sold it “when we get them”. What would be to net. I don’t have a car and I’m seriously thinking about this. It’s can’t be worse than the stock market.

Am I in the minority that finds the 90-day EDD for April builds to be encouraging? I look at this as being a hopeful light at the end of the tunnel for us still stuck In Production hell. My assumption is they are now forced to clean up our builds and get shipped to make room at MAP lot for the April and May builds.

Here’s hoping that all Jan and Feb builds are completed and shipped by end of May!

Im not encouraged at all. Any “on wheels” production in chip holds from April is already parked somewhere and we’ve had no build updates in a month. Several folks on this board contend Ford has a grasp on this. I dont think Ford can see past the accounting decision that it was cheaper to partially build cars/ retrofit later rather than shutdown plants/ pay workers to do nothing. If there was hope, I think Ford would be communicating more.

It really sucks for all you folks with vehicle contingencies. I turned in a lease early last summer and have been driving my dad’s 20+ old station wagon in the interim. My son hates it. It’s old and not fun but it’s free and allows me the luxury of waiting Ford out/ decide if I want to buy a Bronco that’s been left in limbo for awhile. You all need your trucks!

I know a lot of folks didn't get one and were disappointed (and rightfully so).

I was just happy to finally get my Bronco, so I didn't care if I got the pic or not. It was a pleasant surprise.

So I called the ford number or the ford bronco specialist number or whatever the hell it's called. Expecting the same old same old but this time it was a bit different . I don't know if this has been told to someone here or not. But they told me it shows in their system or something that it was like the 50th time I called regarding my bronco and they have created a case for me and sent it over to logistics . Also they are telling me my bronco is in transit and also on chip hold . I told them it showed shipped since April 14 and she told me that perhaps it was shipped even though it was still on chip hold. I told her how is that possible. Isn't Ford communicating throughout their departments so that doesn't happen. She told me then that it also shows up as built which you can only get once all modules been added I told her I was confused . She told me she was confused . She created a case. She gave me her email and told me she would call me when logistics get back to her . Oh yeah she told me that my ETA was also may 18-24 I just can't even anymore @Ford Motor Company

Very nice . So the whole process went smoothly at the dealer I supposed. Happy to see this. It gives me hope ... My ETA is May 18-24 so who knows I might be posting my bronco next week I highly doubt it but still
