Is that from your dealer? Makes me laugh that they said that’s the stage they have the least control over. My dealers been great to talk to, but has had no control over anything. I haven’t reached out in months and the Ford website hasn’t had anything tangible in awhile. So curious what’s wrong with mine.Getting closer!

Question for those getting your cars now... Does it still have the new car smell? I ask bc mine is just about gone. And the wife and I were discussing... Is it bc of time, or use? That causes the fading of the smell?
