Just called Ford customer service. My Bronco was supposed to have shipped 12/31 via Ford email. Customer service says it shows 1/9 in transit not 12/31 and no rail car number has been assigned. Who knows where it even is at this point. I obviously will not be taking delivery this coming week.

I am having to drive 10 hours to pick up my bronco order and was going to be in town this weekend (wishful thinking it would arrive as scheduled) I guess I will be traveling back at some point. How am I supposed to make traveling arrangements when I can’t even get accurate information?

Update: Bronco is showing in Illinois since 1/9 per dealership... At least it shipped.

I got a call from my Dealer today and my Bronco Has been unloaded off the rail in Winston Salem NC and onto a Truck Headed to Fuquay Varina NC. They expect it at the dealer tonight or tomorrow. Let just say this may be the longest i have waited on anything. Ever.

So looking at the tracker and almost everyone that has not gotten at least a build email had a 12/13 blend. I am thinking this can't be a coincidence? Now a month and a day since blend date and still waiting for anything from Ford.

Mine took that exact route. Tracking the rail is driving me nuts. Detroit to Chicago, then to Gibson (Toyota Plant probably to pick up more cars), back to Chicago, to KC, back to Chicago now sitting in Minneapolis….. WTF. Please head west!

This may be old news, but there was an interview with one of the Ford guys On BN and the question was asked about pending 2021 vehicles in 2022.

His answer was “there are a couple 21s still undergoing quality checks.”
