Couldn't help myself, called the Customer Service number, 800-334-4375 and was told to call back Friday morning when the system updates. Still showing 23-29 May ETA.

No Built email for me. Tracker has been froze to In Production 4/19 and has never changed. Meanwhile the same build keep getting shipped and delivered in subsequent built weeks.

I called too, but was told that the ETA isn't an ETA to the dealer for me. It's just when SOMETHING should happen like move to actually getting the built email or move to awaiting shipping..... She said with me being a plant hold though, it's better than the chip holds she's been seeing pop up between yesterday and today. I'm sure it will be much like the may 13th promise and we will just be given another promise date

Unfortunately, I was told by Ford Chat yesterday that my delivery date has been changed to 7/22-29 due to chip shortage

Well this is more bit of bad news and I have a feeling I'm in this bucket for 7/22 -7/29 but not officially yet. I'll probably hear this new ETA date after this month. We are all getting vague information on our order/build/delivery status that basically leaves us in limbo and at the mercy of Ford.

Right on cue, they moved my EDD to 5/23/2022 - 5/29/2022. Three day bump. Guess they want to give it to me a little at a time.

Built on 4/18. Carrier convoy delay. Awaiting shipment.

For many of us in this same build week(4/11) we would like some insight into why we are on plant hold while the exact same build specs are getting produced and delivered in the weeks following please. Your trackers, chats, and phone support folks only say “plant hold” and good luck. Thanks.

Mine has been built sense 3/31/22 ETA keeps getting pushed for convoy delay. Now the date is May 28- June 3. Any idea when I should expect it ?

So on May 17th I was told that my ETA was in July. I just checked with chat to see if was extended again and was given May 29 as the date again. I am totally confused. I am still thinking it won't be until July.
