Just got this from CHAT, I am still showing awaiting Shipment, so I doubt it will be in NC by the 28th via rail. (unless it has shipped) What does released mean? Shipping order given to a transportation provider?

I’m in the same boat. I just called the 800 number and asked what is causing the plant hold and of course got no details. She just said it could be a variety of reasons, such as shipping or a quality control issue. I hate being left in the dark!

Same! Chat just told me a delay at the plant but they are not seeing a reason and still shows an ETA of 4/28. GAH!! This is so frustrating.

Yeah, I call BS in that Ford chat gave me a new ETA of 4/28 this morning when previous dates were 5/11-5/17. My Bronco is sitting in some overflow lot in Ypsilanti and hasn’t moved since build date of 4/20 so no way 4/28 is accurate.
Ford chat sucks, their trackers suck, and this entire process and been a historic guessing and waiting game with poor information. Arrrggh, if I could only just wait for the surprise call but after 15 months I find that nearly impossible.
Hit the active button on the Ford Pass app this morning. It's now waiting to be activated, wasn't going to but with the lack of details of what's happening with my Bronco I decided to take the risk and see if I can track it through the app.
EDIT: Scratch that, went back in and there was a message saying the app couldn't active and to try again later. The app did update to a correct picture of my Bronco, so that's something..... well not really but it's a change.

This phrasing is something I haven’t heard before. More like eta of shipping by the 28th.
Seeing all your posts, I couldn't resist. Tried chat, but there were like 63 people in front of me so I called the 1-800 number and got thru right away. The rep said she's seeing my build as built (as of the 19th) with no holds and an ETA of 4/28, BUT also said it's odd that it doesn't show awaiting shipment yet. Not to mention I have yet to receive the bulit email. I don't really expect it to pop up in a few days, but the following week would be nice, lol.
