Ok, dumb question, if they give you a rail car number does that mean it is currently in that rail car?Oh no, it’s really bad. Release the hounds!
On a happy note, Ford chat gave me my rail car tracking numbers! A new thing to check 10 times a day!
That’s my understanding. I tried calling the CSX tracking phone number listed in the “Trackers” link above as follows:Ford chat gave me the railcar number, shows expected at final rail yard tomorrow

You should be able to say all 4 letters. I just did it for mine, but used a different number and extensions. (Still similar instructions though).Th
That’s my understanding. I tried calling the CSX tracking phone number listed in the “Trackers” link above as follows:
CSX
1. Call the CSX 1-800-235-2352
2. When prompted for location or weight, press "1" on your phone for location.
3. When prompted for the car initials, say CN (or whatever initials you have) then wait for the next prompt.
4. When prompted for the car number, say 907048 (or whatever your number is)
5. When prompted for next car say DONE.
However, it seems to be asking for a 2 digit car initial, and Ford chat gave me a number with four letters (SFLC) followed by six numbers. That didn’t seem to work. Anyone know which letters I should input?
