I actually just called Ford, and previously I've just been told my bronco is on a "Plant Hold" , today she said it says "convoy delay" and she elaborated that it could be to "yard congestion" or lack of trucks

Mine has navigation, but as far as I know I am not on hold. Built 3/5. FWIW I could care less about navigation; I've had it on many Fords and normally use my phone instead.

Mine does not have nav (that im aware of?) Badlands w/ High pkg, but i just use Apple Carplay on my phone, i feel like it works better than embedded nav. My 150 has it, and its fine but the Carplay works way better.

That's what mine changed to yesterday also. Hope we're actually going to get delivery that week.Plant-hold until 4/13 per customer service a few weeks ago.
This morning the backdoor tracker shows the following. Maybe this time it will actually ship!

Does anyone know of a way to contact Ford leadership? Either an address or email.
I chatted with someone today and asked if he could provide me an email or address which I could send a letter. He refused to give it to me and told me that he could file it for me. I had wrote a 3 page complaint that I mailed to Fords P.o. Box listed on their website in February but never heard back. So I edited that letter and sent him it in chat. He said he would “file“ my “feedback”. When I asked when a supervisor would follow up he said “I cant guarantee anyone will since its feedback.” (If anyone wants to read my 3 page complaint, let me know).
At this point, I have lost all patience. I am a July 14,2020 reservation (within the first 24 hours). Again my ETA was pushed back and still on “plant hold.” I doubt my new ETA will even happen since mine hasn’t shipped. I know a lot of us are in the same boat so I know im preaching to the choir.
