I got bumped into this group from the 2/21 group back in late December. I suspect Ford knew about this probable shut down back then but might not have know the exact timing with all the other crap going on.

So they parked the ones they built from those until they can get replacements, which takes a while. But, hey, the rumors are flying fast and furious, and Ford isn't saying anything except "chip hold", and THAT is only to the dealers.”
Seems to be affecting people with Lux and Tow packages primarily so maybe our Mid package’d, cloth seated, non tow Wildtrak will have better luck

I'm thinking it will be kind of quiet around here until next weekend and/or the 14th. I'm thinking we will have to probably wait until the end of the week of the 14th to learn about movement of our build dates.
I'm not a smart man, but you can't close down for 9 manufacturing days (including Saturdays) and not have to refanagle scheduling. They weren't prepared for bad chips obviously so there will have to be some jockeying regardless of whether or not all vehicles were affected. Better to mentally prepare, not being negative, just practical. I will use that time wisely to prepare myself. This is a want not a need I keep trying to tell myself so OHHHHHMMMMMMM (me doing my tantric chanting in case it wasn't clear).

I just checked with my dealer and no change from last Friday, I’m still in this group as of now with a build day of 2/28.
Just got off the phone with Bronco CS. Bumped to week of March 14. You guys are awesome and hopefully I won’t see many of you there. If I do I’ll be sad to see you there.

How are you getting the production date from them? I have called them a few times now and each time they say they dont have access to that information. Curious how a lot of other people seem to get this information from them.
I used this number and it took me to the Bronco CS team. You’ll need your VIN.
