When I call the main line it’s starts with an automated attendant who asks you why you are calling. I usually say Bronco and it gets me to a customer service rep. I then tell them I’m calling about my Bronco and ask them to connect me to Bronco Marketing Dept. I’m pretty sure that has always worked for me.
Yea thats the number i've called. Each time they say they can see the status but not the production date. I wonder why the discrepancy exists between who they tell and who they dont. Kind of odd.

Yeah, I just called that number and was told they couldn‘t see my build date or detailed timing information until it got into production and to contact my dealer. They might be making the dealers deal with bad news or maybe only a few at Ford have access. I’m thinking the latter since the lady I talked to seemed straight up.
Yea this is essentially what I have been told each time. She did tell me that it got updated yesterday February 3rd but couldnt tell me what got updated. You'd have to assume the build week got updated.
