My second big trip this year, Lexi and I explore east central Ontario, the "other cottage country" region of the province. We've never done any extensive travelling here before, but I'm so glad we did!

It’s a beautiful area!! My son and I will be up there the weekend after Thanksgiving for the Rally of the Tall Pines, can’t wait!! I raced it a couple of times, challenging roads that time of year, cold enough for ice but not enough snow to fill the ditches yet.

Looks like a great trip. I really love that area.
I have friends with a cottage in Algonquin Provincial Park & it's just about the most peaceful place to spend a few weeks in the summer.
I'm always amazed by the scenery & topography when we're driving to/from it.
