I bumped my own Development thread, but since I have so much R&D in it, I don't want this to get lost in everything else, so I making a new post easily found when needed!

Introducing the worlds Highest HP Bronco Raptor!
(This is a high HP Bronco raptor on 37s, not a ranger raptor on as others have posted)

We were able to get our GooseTuned R&D Bronco Raptor on the dyno yesterday at SDHQ in AZ and put it to the test!

You guys have seen us go from stock, to tuned, to E40, and now bigger CRP turbos! Super pumped to have added +300hp peak to this truck in less than 4 months!!

With the help of Nostrum High Performance, we were able to squeeze out some MASSIVE power from this 3.0l nano! This is the first Bronco Raptor with the Stage X fuel system + ESSIM!

Take note of the smooth powerband! No odd dips, just smooth power that peaks at redline!!

Stock: 376hp 388tq
Results: 658hp 590tq!

You guys know that we will be putting this through its paces in the desert, at events, etc!

Huge shoutout to SDHQ for the last minute install!

We are working on something super super cool that I will post about in the coming week(s)!!

This was self-tuned on HP Tuners!
E50 Fuel
COBB Tuning intercooler and Wheels!
Nostrum Stage X Fuel system + ESSIM
Process West piping
S&B intake
IAG Performance AOS
SPD Performance Tstat

Just insane man. Nicely done. Any draggy results coming?
Thank you!

I'll post some up when it cools off a bit. Today it will be roughly 115*

The fact that it follows the stock power curve, but just keeps going up, is just a impressive as the numbers. Congrats.

Thank you! I was very surprised by the spool! Virtually stock spool and double the power!

I can tell it wants more RPM, but knowing the type of abuse this is going to take I won't give it the rpm lol

Its going to be a spin fest offroad anyways.

Not gonna lie, looking forward to photos of a rod smashing through the block. If it doesn't happen - great. If it does - great! So please...more power!!

Yep, me to, but that may not stop it when it happens. Had a 54 Ford v8 i bought for $20 cause it had a rod knocking no ...was it third gear and other issues but it ran and thats all i cared about back then. She sucked up about as much oil as gas or so it seemed but it went down the road we loved it besides it had no top. Then one day the clattering stopped but it seemed like it ran better so we kept on driving. Then we stopped for gas and oil and the attendant said that when he put oil in it ran out on the ground. I got out to look under the car and there was a rod hanging out the bottom of the crankcase.....Didn't know what to do but we decided since it ran to just keep going and thats what we did. Don't know how long it lived with the rod hanging as i gave it away after a couple of more miles driven to get home. Always wondered how far it went in that condition. Just proves its hard to stop a Ford engine.
Just realized i have another Ford that twelve years ago i drove with an empty crankcase for half an acre of cutting and back to the shop. I then put another plug in the crankcase which had fallen out cause i forgot to tighten it and i still use that Ford every year to brush hog some of my land. Its the one in my pix, a Ford 2000 diesel tractor.
