2.7 fuel economy better than 2.3 on some trim levels??

I had modified on order and ended up with two Bronco's. I bought the first one which is a 2.7 black diamond 10 speed auto. The other one arrived and the dealer gave me the Monrone sticker for it and allowed me to test drive it. I was shocked to see that the fuel economy on the 2.3 auto is 18 city, 18 highway, 18 combined. My 2.7 says 19 city, 20 highway, 19 combined. I did a web search and noticed that the 2.7 black diamond is not listed on the EPA website. What's going on here?
