The F-150 is lighter (4500lbs for a 2.7 SuperCrew vs. 5000 for a 2.7 Badlands), and the F-150 has beefier front and rear diffs, axles, and transmission, plus generally lighter wheel/tire packages (60ish lbs for the F-150 18s and tires vs 80+lbs for the Sasquatch 17" and 35s).The 2.7 in the f150 is quicker. The 2.7 is definitely turned down from ford. I’d guess the difference in the transmissions is why ford doesn’t give it more in the bronco.
The F-150 can take the shock load of full boost right away. The Bronco is severely muted to keep the hard metal bits from exploding.
