2.7L Acceleration Noise 🤦‍♂️

As there are many posts just like mine, I have a 21 Big Bend 2.7L that is making this noise (see video below). It is loader than the video makes it out to be. It happens in all the driving modes regardless of cold or warm start. I think I might be having the same issues as others. Time to take it in to Ford. @Ford Motor Company

Try premium gas for a full tank, and see if that's the issue.
It's engineering magic that these engines can run on less than 93.
They can rattle on anything less. Keep in mind that not all premium is the same. From my experience, I've filled with 93 and gotten less than the gas station advertised, more likely at cheap stations.
The impact of lower octane is more when it's hot in places like... Las Vegas.

Yeah this doesn't sound normal, you should definitely have it checked

Granted I've only listened to it on a tiny phone speaker, but it sounds a bit like an exhaust leak to me

Sounds like an exhaust leak. Are you getting any boost when this happens? I also noticed the sound seems to come at the same engine RPM in each gear.

I'll have to check when I drive home from work later today. I did notice that as well that It comes on and matches rpm in each gear.

Alright, It took me a while to report back as I have mixed feelings now. Here is my timeline.

Dropped the car off Wednesday morning & picked it up later that evening. They reported back and said -

I thought this would be the end of it because as I drove home from the dealer the noise was GONE!! Hurray!!
Thought they might have fixed it without telling me, tighten something. I have no idea.

Drove fine all day Thursday.

This morning, driving to work the noise came back but louder. Guess I'll be taking it back or maybe take it to another dealer to get a second opinion? We will see.

You can take it to another dealer but you will get the same answer probably. Ford is trying to cut their warranty cost down . So they saying everything is normal character and sending folks away smh
