I did these Forscan mods to my 21 Wildtrak that I was getting ready for a full speaker/amps/sub upgrade:
  1. Added Rock Crawl GOAT mode (to Wildtrak). I think I have all modes available.
  2. Disabled the startling Honk!Honk! when you get out with keyfob and close the door with engine running
  3. Disabled Doo-doo-doo, doo-doo-doo, doo-doo-doo key-in ignition chime
  4. Disabled driver & passenger seatbelt-off warning chime
  5. Disabled door ajar chime (nice for camping/beach when you want power on and doors open)
  6. Tick Tock Turn Signal Volume adjusted to be much quieter
  7. Rear pod speakers input signal switched from "Speaker" to "tweeter/speaker/sub"
  8. Removed factory EQ settings for new dsp amp
  9. Moved all warning chime sounds (parking sensors, call alerts, etc) to come through the head unit's built-in speaker only, instead of also going through the main speakers (Otherwise, If you added amp(s), you would have amplified warning chimes blasting through all your speakers. At least in my case, anyway.)

I have a 2025 Badlands SAS and want to add Sport mode. Looks like the trick is to get rid of ECO.
Friend has Forscan but it won't work.
Is there a build # that he needs to update to?
Anyone do a 2025 sheet yet?

Thanks!

Mg
ON my 2023 Badlands, I used forscan to just add Sport, so now I have them all, Normal, Eco, Sport, Mud, Slippery, Baja, Rock Crawl...... Maybe one I have forgot.

She does. I removed the double honk on exit while running, but not any of the other chimes/alerts
I just received my 25 BL SAS and the double honk is disengaged. Can't from factory that way. I haven't done any of the mods yet. Are all the mods/changes wiring for the 25s? Glad I found out about the change with having to remove eco to add sport

Might be a stupid question but any issues with making ForScan changes immediately on a 2025? Would like to add Sport and make a few changes but don’t know if I should wait until the 2025s have been out a while first.
I'm looking for a new spreadsheet for the 25s. Just received my BL SAS the other day.

If you dont mind the screen not displaying "Rock Crawl" you can have all of the modes.

Can you post the codes for this one or point me in the right direction? Everything else is done, but the reverse warning is ear splitting, and it won't shut off in Sync 4 even after changing the setting.
Here is the spreadsheet I found/used:

That sounds a lot better. Thank you for looking that up.
Glad to help - I found that code on an F-150 Forscan forum but it's a must have with an aftermarket amp - at least for the way mine is wired with the new setup. I originally had the 2021 base 6 speaker setup that had no amp or sub. You'd have to go back to 1985 to find car stereo that sounded worse.

Useful little sidenote-wifey downloaded the iOS Lite version of the Forscan app. With the screensharing I can remotely control her phone and Forscan through my iOS device. No module changes but it does have a lot of useful features with Lite.

Agreed, it’s a good app. I use the gauges and log all the time and its DTC read/clear feature is the best one I’ve found (very easy to read). I had a good ScanGuage (new version) ready to go in this weekend but I’m sending it back after the great past few weeks on FS Lite.

Decent support too, if you count them saying “no” to adding a requested gauge feature via email. But it was a was an intelligent exchange of 2-3 messages done inside of 48 hours though.

So far I have been very impressed with the Russian customer service. Even when there wasn't a subscription cost they were always very helpful. I have no problem sending them some bucks for the extended license. Very useful program and wheeling with it has helped me get a few bronco's off the trail instead of being stuck. Before clearing all the profiles I had seven different Bronco profiles saved 🤣

And after digging into the app more today, I realize it has a lot of the tests, module resets - reboots - relearns of the Windows version and a lot less clunky. This can be very handy on the trails, I see now.

No this change just determines where the chimes are played through in the vehicle.

This reroutes the chimes so they will no longer play through your newly amplified stereo speakers, but they do come through the built-in speaker in the head unit. They are still completely audible so you don't have to worry that you will no longer hear them.
