2022/2023 price protection

Hello, can anyone link info to the messaging from Ford - with the early reservation cutoff holders and price protection until MY 2023.. or any emails from Ford saying when we had to place reservations?
My early reservation has been cancelled and I was under the impression I had until December 2022 to place my Order for the My2023.

I’m furious! and Ford has no answers. (Located in Canada)

thank you, if anyone can link to any previous threads or direct messaging from Ford (handy if it’s in Canada) but around price protection and those holding reservations.
had I known I would have had to place it at the dealer I would have!
Any emails or confirmations from the Ford Twitter guy might be helpful too
