Nothing yet. @fordmotorcompany just tells me to keep in contact with the dealer repairing it. I asked them twice in a DM on this site to help with the out of pocket but get the same response.Any updates here?
Class action lawsuit? The Bronco comes with a warranty.I hope someone’s looking into a class action by now. That’s likely the only thing that will straighten Ford’s miserable response out.
Sucks for OPI hope someone’s looking into a class action by now. That’s likely the only thing that will straighten Ford’s miserable response out.
I would try a different avenue than whatever person they have responding here...Nothing yet. @fordmotorcompany just tells me to keep in contact with the dealer repairing it. I asked them twice in a DM on this site to help with the out of pocket but get the same response.
All show, no go!On a lighter side . . . Your Bronco looks really nice and if you till your head when looking at it, you won't even notice that it is getting loaded onto a Flatbed Tow Truck.
Have you reached out to your selling dealership? Maybe they can light a fire under Ford's rear bumper, not that I am condoning violence toward others, but a little fire from your dealership might help.
that’s horrible!! So sorry that happened to you. Was it good before that at least?I bought a 2022 Black Diamond in Raleigh and started a drive across the country to my home in California. The Bronco had a total system failure while I was driving about 77 mph on the freeway in Kansas. The dash flashed a bunch of sensor failure messages then died. I pulled to the should where I waited two and a half hours for a tow. Towed it to a Ford dealer but they're swamped and can't get to it for a couple of weeks. Had to leave it and fly home. Contacted Ford and they told me they didn't have the budget to reimburse me for my expenses (tow, hotel, plane ticket...) but would take care of fixing the car under warranty. How thoughtful.
Anyone hear of electronic system failures on the Bronco?
That will accomplish everything.............said nobody, ever. Unless you mean lining attorney's pockets.I hope someone’s looking into a class action by now. That’s likely the only thing that will straighten Ford’s miserable response out.
Dang, that sucks. Does Ford understand if we wanted vehicles that die at the smell of asphalt or dirt, we'd be buying stagecoach es?I bought a 2022 Black Diamond in Raleigh and started a drive across the country to my home in California.
