NONE of the ones yall posted are over-land builds like the OP clearly states his is. Mine is a top fuel V8. I said it, that makes it true
Ya, well my Bronco makes way more HP running E30... LOL 😂

Never been off-roaded, with 50k gentle miles to and from church on Sundays.

True not the same power potential but that's not what an overland build is about. It's about going longer off-grid. With a proper tune you can get the same hp curve as the 2.7 in stock config while using less gas. And a few miles adds up over the length of a tank which makes a world of difference for long trips. So nope I will not come on.
Really, show me a screen capture of ANY 2.3 Badlands getting better gas mileage at highway speed.

I have a 2.3L Manual BL and I can't touch that, certainly not at 84MPH.

I was able to get that at 55MPH. Not sure how you are getting this. Were you coasting down Pikes Peak? :)

I've now done 2 long road trips of 2K miles, 95% of them highway miles and barely get 18mpg overall.
