What does the inside of your hardtop look like? Is this normal?

Ah nope. Mine has a tag that gives the date of manufacture. Plus mine is smooth with no texture.

I recall my top having a sort of dust on the inside. I didn’t give the dealer real time to prep. I simply took a rag and wiped it clean. Wasn’t filthy, just slightly dusty.

Wipe it all down with Aerospace 303 and see what it looks like after.

Mine had a ton of dust almost as if it sat in a dusty factory that makes lots of tops that do not make the cut. If you shine a light on it you will see that the dust is fiberglass dust and sparkles. At first it feels like someone put an old top onto a new Bronco but that is how they come.
