2024 Bronco Order - no response from Ford

Good Morning,

I ordered a 2024 Bronco on 10/2/2023. I have the contract from the dealer but haven’t received any confirmation from Ford. I assume the strike messed everything up, combine that with the Thanksgiving and Christmas shutdown and here we are. Is there a way to make sure Ford received the order? Should I be concerned?

Do you have any paperwork from the dealer? You sales order so have a confirmation number or some sort of order number. Call for Customer Service and ask for them to look up your information.

That is weird that you haven't received the Ford confirmation. FWIW - I originally placed an order for a '24 Big Bend on Oct. 26 via my local dealer and received the confirmation e-mail from Ford the next day. I changed my order last weekend from a BB to a '24 Badlands...and again received the new confirmation e-mail from Ford with a new order # the same day.

I received my first response 10 months after my order when it went into production. Lots of guys had the same experience.
