2024 orders

When I check the status of mine it says it's in production 1/2/24 and the window sticker is available. (It's not) 1/4/24, I get the email as you did above. "We're working on your scheduled build date".

I have the same order date as you and the link to the window sticker also says unavailable. However, someone posted a link here that does work for the window sticker:

www.windowsticker.forddirect.com/windowsticker.pdf?vin=

just add your VIN to the end of the above link and it will take you to your window sticker

Yeah! Thanks it worked. Do you know how to get to the chat line to be able to chat and inquire about when the orders are going to be built? Or a phone number for Ford inquiry I'm

I called 800-392-3673 and talked to someone from the Marketing department who answered all my questions.

My dealer said because it's not scheduled yet there is no vin# soil can't check status except through dealer. Looked for chat on ford.com couldn't find it

Note that you don't have to have your VIN to chat with ford chat or call them you just need yoir order number and if it's got a vin they will give it to you.
