Thought my dealership had it scheduled but the ball was dropped somewhere and now sounds like it’ll be a while.

No problem. It was only an SSM to begin with, but was recently turned into a customer satisfaction program.

Interesting. I had that issue. They replaced the motor and still had the same CEL multiple times. Ford ended up buying my Big Bend back.

I actually got a similar letter from Ford the other day, but for my E350 on my Class C RV. Apparently they understated the HP by like 5 HP and are giving me back a $300 refund.

Ha, sorry. I totally butchered what they sent me. I meant OVERSTATED by 25 HP and 18lb ft torque.

But ya, ridiculous.

similar thing happened with my wifes Ford Edge with the 4 cylinder. Make sure you have all your paperwork for ALL scheduled services. The warranty company tried to deny us based on one oil change I did during COVID because the dealership was backed up for weeks. There was nothing in the bulletin about mileage on the car, expired warranties, etc...the bulletin applied to all Ford Edges with that engine. But still the warranty company tried to deny us. Our dealership stepped in to help.

The window sticker is 3/31 and door tag says 4/23
