Loaded question and a lot of threads about this topic. Whats your end goal use? 80/20 on/off road? Weight? Traction?

A lot of folks on here like BFG ATs, Nitto Ridge Grapplers, Mickey Thompson BAJA ATs and Falken Wildpeaks, amongst many others.

Sounds like it’s going to be hard to replace the light weight nature of the OEM Goodyear on the SAS, but there are plenty of better tires out there. I personally am going to switch to either BFGs or Mickeys when it’s time.

Go light, A/T's not M/T's.
Will do ! Also is running spacers bad for your car? I seen someone over the weekend with spacers and it looked cool but I didn’t know the side effects

Further out you push it, the more wear on the suspension and axle parts you'll have. Generally said > +12/18 is best (stock is +30/55 Sas/Non-Sas), 0 is probably ok, < 0 you're going to be replacing things in a year or three.

Also note that going 36's on a non-Sas means you'll need lower offset rims or spacers. If you go spacers, buy good quality ones and make sure they're installed correctly. You don't want a lot of spacer width, so pushing a +55 rim to -12 you probably want rims.

Okay and I care about my car a lot so look the isn’t worth it to me. I will not be adding spacers lol. She said she had 2.5inch spacers it looks cool and her tires are 35s that are 12.5 wide

I wouldn't put big heavy wheels and rims on 2.5" spacers. Note if you have a non-Sas, you have +55 rim, so you'll need 20mm spacers to get to Sas offset unless you get some Sas rims (which you can probably find cheap). You also need to pull the crash bar to make room.

If you have non-Sas, you also likely have the m190, which is a weaker axle config. Try to stay under 70lbs a tire. Also you'll poke a little with the non-Sas flares at 30mm, so if you like the poke look, I wouldn't sweat going big spacers too much. It'll already poke some.

The Badlands comes with 33" Goodrich K02 tires. I'm happy with mine.

Factory Sasquatch 35’s are good MT (multi terrain), lighter than most, they seem to do well.

As a wise man once said (@horseshart) use the search function
This is where I disagree with you and the Horsey. If everyone would just "use the search" (just about every topic regarding Bronco has been discussed before), there will be no new posts, no new members, nobody to fuck with, and no fun. Dead forum. We absolutely need (mods would agree) traffic (revenue), and STUPID questions generate the most traffic (statistically proven). Stupid answers generate even more interest/reactions, so we need more stupid people, asking stupid questions, and wannabe comedians (like me), and The Asshats (like me) to post snarky, offensive, misogynistic, racist (well, maybe not racists) answers.
Stupidity pays the bills!
