One big complaint I have is when you put your bronco into a various off road modes that turns the cameras on automatically is that it won’t give you access to your gps or to the radio. Yes you have the radio knobs and buttons, and in some cases use voice. But you don’t have full control. Or even access other features of your sync system.

The other issue is you can not turn on the rear camera without going into reverse. If we have a trailer, or even one of those hitch ledges, or a bike rack. It would be nice to turn the rear camera on to check those as your driving down the road.

So Has anyone discovered an override in FORScan to change any of the camera options?

i know we can turn put our broncos into 4L, 4H, 4A in normal mode and activate our lockers, sway bar disconnect, and turn option in normal mode and turn on the cameras. But I like what those goat Modes to the steering, throttle response, suspension as well.

So my question again is anyway to adjust those camera modes in FORScan?

Do the GOAT modes manipulate steering and suspension?

Obviously steering will feel different in 4WD, but is the actual steering rack or anything else changed? Also I didn't think the suspension was capable of being stiffened/softened at all?

Steering, yes. Sport/Baja/Slippery modes in particular.

Same with Throttle - it's more aggressive on Sport/Baja, and less aggressive in Eco/Slipper.

Suspension - only on Raptor. It's the only model with active suspension stock.

And then the forward camera, in Baja and Rock Crawler modes (I think)

There's a good chart of what each does here:
https://www.cjponyparts.com/resources/bronco-goat-modes-explained

(according to that post GOAT modes can also affect the sensitivity of Traction Control, which I didn't know)

That’s weird, I mess around on the street in Baja from time to time (2wd) and the button definitely changes it back to the normal screen.
in 2WD mode, yea it works just fine. But when you put your vehicle into goat mode (4WD) of Baja, mud, rock, etc and it forces the camera on. Pushing the button does NOT turn off the camera.

My Raptor has been cutting the music for a second and making crazy robotic like glitch noises anytime I put it in reverse or press the camera button. A couple times randomly too but mostly when something with cameras is involved.
