You should feel it when it pushes 30psiA little off topic, I do think the 2.3 & 2.7 in the bronco pushing out 18psi boost is pretty surprising(ly good)
I heard u can only do it once tho, per Bronco anywayYou should feel it when it pushes 30psi
It’s pretty fun lol
Lol nah. Well maybe the 2.3, I’m not sure.I heard u can only do it once tho, per Bronco anyway![]()
Really? I daily my 2.7 too and I have never see it hit above 20 even when I go flat out without top speed limiter put the shackles on me, no tune or nothing on mine tho.Lol nah. Well maybe the 2.3, I’m not sure.
But the 2.7/3.0 is built like a brick shit house. I daily mine and it sees ~30 almost every day for the last 2 years lol
Oh yeah, no not stock it won’t. But I agree for a stock engine 18-20 is impressive.Really? I daily my 2.7 too and I have never see it hit above 20 even when I go flat out without top speed limiter put the shackles on me, no tune or nothing on mine tho.
Stick to the RTR PI work. Much funnier.oh yeah cause you haven’t figured it out yet lol
Can you quote the official spec(s) you're referring to?I believe the whipple one edges Cobb out slightly (spec wise), but the difference is not big.
Not a lot of direct dyno comparisons n most are cherry picked attributes but most direct Whipple has 58% volume increase over Cobb 53%.Can you quote the official spec(s) you're referring to?
That’s a good find.Whipple has 58% volume increase over Cobb 53%.
Yea I believe this is a “u can’t go wrong between the two” situation unless u are counting down to the very nitty gritty of gains. Can’t speak for everyone but I certainly won’t be able to tell like <3 hp gain difference. That’s a good find.
The fin area and restriction stats Whipple puts out are the real $$& though. Volume doesn’t mean a lot by itself without those two stats to back it up. But the fact that Whipple knows that and put them out says a lot.
To be fair I’m sure Cobb knows too, juat
not in their advertising, where it should be for people trying to make informed decisions.
Otherwise, you know, we may as well just
compare frontal surface area and call them all equal.
