6/30 blend dates

You might find this funny. Called the 800 number and same ole same ole “shows in production 6/28”. I ask, “at what point should I be concerned and do something different than just calling in, another month, 3 months, 6months, a year?” She said “I doubt it will take a year but honestly it could be another 3 months”. I asked “oh would my Bronco get thrown out then and would I be given a 2022?” She said “maybe bc the 2022’s are coming out in September” I said “even though I have a VIN and it’s already started to be built?” She said “oh you’re right probably a 2021 then( long pause) It won’t take a year but I’d call back in a few months if you still haven’t heard anything”

I’m going drinking.

I have been lurking on this thread just because I am hopeful that you all have some success soon with your broncos shipping. I am a 7/13 in production and I am worried I will be stuck for a long time now too.

The above conversation you had with Ford is extremely disconcerting and I really hope that they are severely misinformed and exaggerating with how many months away you still are from receiving your truck.

I find it hard to believe this mostly based on some of @PREMiERdrum posts that backlogs are clearing and they are working to get us our broncos. But wow, this was really shocking to read.

Thanks. I wish they’d issue us new VINs and say we’re building yours next and the old VINs in the lot will go to Off-Roadeo or to a car rental fleet or something. Sucks feeling like you’re getting a used new car. Was looking forward to a New Car Smell not a Ford Manufacturing Plant Parking Lot Smell.

So I just called the number myself...First two times did option 3 for the Bronco line. Both times it was like someone answered the call, and I could hear some background noise, but no one responded. Third time I waited and dialed 0 instead of 3. Got right through and the guy was nice but couldn't tell me anything besides that it was 'In Production'. He offered to transfer me to a Bronco specialist, so I said sure. Same thing happened where it started like I was on hold then it was like someone answered and I could hear faint voices and movement. I said "hello" a bunch of times and waited about five minutes and finally gave up.

That's what I'm afraid of. Who knows what other nasty surprises we're going to be in for whenever we finally do take delivery

I thought it was logistical in nature as to why I wasn't receiving my truck. But I called my dealer on Monday, he told me he now has a 2nd Bronco in route. Both were made after mine.
I was pretty pissed that my dealer didnt raise any red flags or dig deeper into the fact other vehicles were coming yet mine was still sitting outside of MAP.
I am headed in next Monday to sit with him and the GM, not sure where the convo is going to go or what is going to get resolved, but figured it was worth a shot.
At this point, I am convinced, nobody cares and it is what it is.

I am also convinced something went wrong w/a batch of vehicles and that's why so many are being held up. hope I am wrong.

Others are shipping at my dealership also(with a MIC top). The dealer reached out to their regional rep and got no help. He said that he would keep pushing.

Finally heard back from my dealer:
"Your Bronco is built. it looks like it is at the plant most likely waiting on a chip. I will let you know as soon as we get an ETA."

@PREMiERdrum since the normal owner support channels aren’t providing any info is there any light you can shed on the Broncos built between 6/28 to 7/2 that are in limbo?

yeah, and I switched to the soft top based on their advice and reco to ensure a truck sooner...

Just received my nice ford letter in the mail with a sticker and concept drawing, telling me to be patient with the delay!
