Good work on the comments on Twitter. I think as a global communications director that has to be hard to see your customers resorting to comments on Twitter to get updates. Hopefully, @Ford Motor Company does what’s right and updates buyers and comes up with a solution that makes everyone feel it was worth it? What would that be for you? Free transport?

Levine’s “Hopefully shipping soon” is a lot like the Order Tracking In Production stating “this could take a few days”.
