9/26/2022 Build Week Thread with Spreadsheet

My mods popped today!! My blend date is 9/28 but for some reason ford tracker still says in production with a date of 10/3 next to it should I be expecting a built/shipped email soon?

does Ford ship on specific days? Or is it all at random?

For convoy shipping, it's literally a matter of "do I have enough vehicles to fill my trailer"? If you're a high-volume dealer, you might get multiple shipments per day. If you're low volume, it might take a week or two for them to fill a trailer and head off to your dealer.
Not quite random, but really hard to predict.

Will the tracker populate CONVOY Info only after it's changed to shipped status? I've been sitting in awaiting shipping about a week but have yet to see any info populate under convoy. Just curious? My dealer is a lower volume dealer really hoping to get mine this week.

Mine is coming to Maryland, got my built email early this am.

I've been blended since 9/13 and stuck in production purgatory. I wonder if they are allocating parts to the point of getting full truck loads completed. I'll be interested to see if you and I flip to shipped at same time.

I dont think you will see that info. IIRC, the tracker doesn't have that functionality

I'm pretty sure you don't get any further info for convoy. It's too hard to track some of the smaller "hot shot" type guys with F350s hauling 4-5 cars.

A tear tag is essentially the identification code that goes along with your PCM's configuration/software loadout. For instance, you'll notice that the spreadsheet has a bunch of common tear tags listed.

• 2.3L with manual/Sas (LJM3)
• 2.3L with manual/no Sas (LCW3)
• 2.3L with auto/Sas (KDB4)
• 2.3L with auto/no Sas (KGK4)
• 2.3L with auto/Everglades (KZC1)
• 2.7L with auto (NDZ4)
• 3.0L with auto (Not listed)

There is another (NVS4) that's a 2.7L with audo and Sas, that looks to be the Mid package, so perhaps it even comes down to which features package you chose.

No problem! There are probably other tear tag codes that aren't represented in our build week's spreadsheet, and some research could probably uncover those and correlate them to specific options sets. If I had the time, I'd do it and maybe it would be of interest to someone, or to see how they evolved over time (MY to MY).

It looks like a fair amount of people with 9/26 and 9/27 have been shipped out this week. I was a 9/27 blend and am still waiting on shipment.

Glad to see I’m not alone. I’m in Fl with a delivery date of oct 16-22 I would be curious if we ship out the same day since it looks like you’re in GA.

My wife just got mad at me for being on the bronco message boards and neglecting the family. I guess I have been a bit preoccupied this week. Soon, very soon. I’ll post a picture when she (my bronco) arrives. Until then I guess I should tend to my house and kids.
