873 Days here and still waiting.
@Ford Motor Company 's silence and failure to communicate and set expectations with it's customers is one of the largest flaws (of many) in this vehicle roll out. Along with reservation holders being forgotten about and put on the back burner. Def not cool @Ford Motor Company .
On day 849 I called Ford Bronco Marketing and when I said I was waiting 849 days for my vehicle, the rep began laughing. If it was at me or just that somehow that was humorous- certainly not the kind of customer service and treatment I ever expected from Ford. I asked for a supervisor and created an escalation case. Was told I'd hear back in 48hours. 2 weeks later, still no call back. I called backed and was told someone would reach out to me by the end of the day. They actually did, but the escalation didn't even mention the being laughed at and the woman had not a clue about my production feasibility or timing. Beyond frustrating. I escalated again and was told Ford would handle it internally.
I've finally told my dealer to let me know if they can't get my vehicle and I'd reassess this purchase. Supposedly, they say I'm next on the list to get picked up.
It's a real bummer we all signed up for a reservation and @Ford Motor Company abandoned that system and went to allocations. Ford's really ruined all the excitement of purchasing this vehicle by this customer.
I have been telling everyone I speak to at Ford, that the least FoMoCo can do to the long hauler reservation holders is extend the same 2.9% loans they're doing on the F-150 and other models as a token to try to make their wrong, a bit better. A year ago all these would have been well under 4% loans, and now many folks are look at 7-9% loans and trade in values that have plummetted.
