Because “Race car”! lolWhy is the rear wheel larger than the front?
I would be cutting it close. Can't stop for milk.To be fair that would cover all or most of the the commute for the majority of people.
And like all EV "miles to empty" numbers, it is at 55 mph, windows up, air and heat off, no lights, no radio, no wipers, no seat heaters, etc. Any deviation from this will reduce that number significantly (driving with traffic on the way to work for me, 70-75, would probably cut it in half, especially on a vehicle with the aerodynamic profile of a Jeep, plus I am not sweating all the way to work, so either top off/windows down or air on...)To be fair that would cover all or most of the the commute for the majority of people.
Jeep is already not highway friendly!Yeah, I would guess this is going to be their answer to the Sasquatch package: 40” tires. Go big or go home. Not sure they would get a lot of takers; 40” is not highway friendly.
Came here to post this! Well done!40.4 mph is the speed that death wobble starts.
Ah. You may be on to something there. Looks interestingly similar to the profile on the sign. Wonder how the 40.4 correlates.Jeepster beach concept?
I read a real-time report of ~25 miles with the 17.3kw 4xe, so 50 miles isn't that far out of the question. And like all EV "miles to empty" numbers, it is at 55 mph, windows up, air and heat off, no lights, no radio, no wipers, no seat heaters, etc. Any deviation from this will reduce that number significantly (driving with traffic on the way to work for me, 70-75, would probably cut it in half, especially on a vehicle with the aerodynamic profile of a Jeep, plus I am not sweating all the way to work, so either top off/windows down or air on...)
