Don't sweat it, they had a bad batch of covers. The spot they split open when deployed is splitting prematurely for a few people.

Zero problems at 9,600 miles on my 4dr Big Bend Hardtop.
At 62 years old I feel like I have my matchbox toy car’s I used to play with as a kid…always changing parts, etc.

Paid MSRP after waiting 15 months and loved it when my dealer responded to my inquiry about if they were going to upcharge me “We don’t play those games”:).

Only issues have been self-imposed but the Bronco’s configurability allowed me to pull the damaged parts, hammer back into shape, and issue was fixed (i.e.I bent rear top mount brackets when removing).

Reliability??? Oh my….it’s been perfect thus far…heck …Toyota had to replace my Sequoia’s rusted frame is just one example. I was hesitant going to a Ford but couldn’t be happier (thus far).

Anyone else happy with their Bronco? Not one thing to complain about? Same here. Cheers!🍺
I feel the same way. Some of the complaints even from professionals are just silly. For example saying the Bronco has "poor ride quality" is absurd (I'm looking at you Motor Trend), compared to what a Lexus sedan? I took a pass on some of Broncos competitors (Jeep, Tacoma, 4Runner) because the ride quality and handling was too much of a compromise for a daily driver. I don't feel that way with the Bronco it exceeded my expectations. Its also absurd to think a removable roof and frameless doors isn't going to have some compromises. The Bronco excels at what it is, being a BRONCO. If you want a luxury car or sports car, look elsewhere.

99.9% happy here at ≈9200 miles. Had a minor valve cover leak fixed by warranty in 2 days, and while very comfortable and way more comfortable that other vehicles I've had, I've been slightly annoyed by the seat despite having power seats and almost infinite adjustability. 🤷‍♂️
Power seats is one option I prefer not to have, and the manual seats in the Bronco work great.

it is too noisy
it is shaped like a brick and burns too much gas
it has too much plastic
it cost too much

it gives too many smiles per mile
goddamn, I love it
Its amazing the same people faulting the Bronco for all these things are the same ones hating on the Blazer for not being a "real" off roader. Ford should have given the Bronco a fixed roof, fixed doors, aerodynamic shape and low profile tires. Only then would they have a real SUV just like every other SUV on the planet.

5600 miles and one issue. I believe it will be an issue for everyone here. If I set my wipers to normal mode (not intermittent mode) after 20-25 swipes, the wipers slow to intermittent mode. Happens in high as well. Ford needs to address this. Otherwise, love the Bronco.

For me it's occasionally that the width of the seat base is annoying. The power seats are a great upgrade from the manual everything (except windows) in my previous car.
