According to the Service Manual, after replacement of sensor, "Using the diagnostic FDRS scan tool, follow the on screen prompts to run and reset the outside air temperature sensor learned values."
I don't have FDRS to do this.
Replaced my sensor that was stuck at 63 degrees. The new sensor seems to take some driving around to be correct. I did not disconnect the battery ground cable.
