I've had my truck about 2 weeks. About 3 days ago I started getting messages that collision avoidance wasn't available. There's nothing on my grill or the sensor. Anyone else have issues like this? Also, for my front park distance, it seems I have to get on top of something for them to start firing. Seems a little close really. But that could be normal for those.

Did you verify the forward facing camera by the rearview mirror is fine? The safety systems use a combination of the forward facing camera and forward facing radar to detect obstacles. A bug smooshed against your windshield could do it.

Do you have Adaptive cruise control? If so, is lane keep working?

Yes, I have ACC as mentioned in the title. It does not work. The windshield is crystal clear. There is nothing blocking any of the sensors.

I would check all the fuses as a first step, the ones by the engine and I think there's also a fuse box inside on the driver's side (?), I'd just make sure all are well seated. I can't tell from the manual which fuse(s) might be the right ones, never hurts to check them all anyway.

If that doesn't do it, I'd have the dealer look at it, might be wiring, loose connector or bad sensor, all things not easy to find yourself if even possible.

Hope you get it fixed, it's such a great feature once used to it. Made a 500 mile road trip so much nicer recently.

Hello! Send us a private message with your Bronco's VIN and name & location of dealership. I’d be happy to see what I can do to assist with your ACC concern. Thank you!

Local dealer took care of it. Sensor was not secured in bracket.
